Floor Tiling
From 600×600 porcelain in an open-plan living area to large-format 1200×600 slabs and wood-look planks, we prepare the screed properly, level with a clip-and-wedge system and cut cleanly around every doorway and plinth. Floors are the hardest-working surface in a home on the East Rand, and ours don't lip, hollow or crack.

Our process
- 1.Site visit, moisture and level check of the existing screed
- 2.Floor preparation: self-levelling compound or re-screed where needed
- 3.Dry layout to centre the pattern and avoid slivers at the walls
- 4.Install with flexible adhesive and a levelling system
- 5.Grout, seal (natural stone) and silicone all movement joints
